Senior Event Producer
Sir Will Haggins IV is a seasoned event producer with over a decade of experience orchestrating large-scale events and brand activations.
In his role as Senior Event Producer at Sir4ourth Enterprises, he has successfully managed events for audiences ranging from hundreds to half a million, with budgets up to $7 million. His expertise spans logistics, VIP and talent management, and experiential marketing, including innovative activations for iconic brands like Jack Daniel's and overseeing key components of Super Bowl events.
Sir Will's dynamic skill set, which includes strategic planning, stakeholder relations, and creative direction, has earned him accolades such as Michigan’s Greenest Outdoor Festival Award.

Sarah is a multi-dimensional entrepreneur who has over 15+ years of music industry, promotions and event production experience. Working with some of the top industry lifestyle brands and producing 200+ events throughout her career, she prides herself on building up the local arts community in her hometown of Dallas, TX.

Design Director
Daniel Boatner V is the owner of a versatile graphic design firm specializing in, branding, interior/exterior product, and event space design. A part-time educator and contractor, Daniel is passionate about empowering youth and the culture by providing design opportunities and creating a platform for those without access to creative fields.

Ancillary Events/Marketing
We are excited to have Steve Harris Jr. on board with the 4YOG family who will assist with all things in the partnerships and sponsorships space. Steve brings 10+ years of experience in the corporate marketing/partnership space. He also brings a wealth of connections and experiences being an event curator throughout the DFW since 2019, most notably creating the @DallabasasEvents brand. Steve is a former collegiate soccer player and continues his passion of wellness and fitness through weekly sessions in soccer, biking, boxing, and yoga throughout Dallas.

Demarcus Jones a Dallas-based event production and sound expert who thrives on making every show its own unique masterpiece. He’s worked with industry leaders and artists at all levels, seamlessly bringing together every detail to create unforgettable experiences locally and globally.

Ancillary Events/Marketing
Gabe hails from Cleveland, Ohio and relocated to Denver, Colorado in 2014 where he developed an interest in both wellness and events. During his time there he was a collaborator with the fitness collective Trap Fitness, where he assisted in developing brand merchandise, leading a multi-city tour, and instructed several classes. Gabe’s passion for events did not stop there as he has also worked with other brands and events; most notably Munchies and Mimosas, a brunch and social event, where he was instrumental in the event’s promotional tour in collaboration with Live Nation.

Marketing Director
Myca Williamson (she/her) is a professional storyteller and creative strategist with a background in journalism, digital marketing and content strategy. She holds a B.A. in Journalism and Fashion Media as well as an MBA with a focus on strategy and entrepreneurship from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. During her MBA journey, Myca placed and won a $5,000 prize at the SMU Business Plan Pitch Competition. She was also a Human Right fellow and lent her expertise to organizations like Invesco Real Estate and The Dallas Hearing Foundation, helping them define their brand strategies and explore new markets.
As an advocate for entrepreneurs and creatives, Myca has served as a committee chair for the Dallas Entrepreneur Center and a funding panelist for the City of Dallas' Office of Arts and Culture. Additionally, her four-year tenure as a high school educator has enriched her ability to create inclusive content and engage diverse learning styles.
Currently, Myca leads Myca Raquel Consulting, where she leverages her skills in strategic storytelling to help social impact organizations and B2B service providers in healthcare, finance and tech build trust, drive engagement and increase sales via social media, email and their websites.
