Start your day with movement, mindfulness, and community.
Join 4 Your Own Good (4YOG) for a donation-based wellness session designed to challenge the body while grounding the mind.
We’ll begin with a guided dynamic warmup to connect breath and body awareness before moving into “P.I.G. Out” — a full-body workout featuring guided movement variations with modifications for all levels.
Throughout the session we’ll integrate:
• Breathwork
• Present-moment awareness
• Positive internal dialogue
• Intentions & gratitude
We’ll finish with a cooldown and active stretching, while sound bowls create a calming environment for a full mental and physical reset.
Whether you're a seasoned mover or just getting started, this class is about showing up for yourself and moving with community.
