We’re kicking off the year with a beginner‑friendly #Good4TheBody experience at Mind Body & Soul Fitness—an Irving studio known for welcoming everyone from “beginners to pros” and creating a space to “breathe, stretch, strive and succeed”. Join us Saturday, February 28th at 9:45AM for a morning of movement and community!

What’s happening:

  • 🔥 Beginner Workout with Mind Body & Soul Fitness — Learn foundational movements, build strength, and get your heart pumping in a supportive environment. Their coaches specialize in making workouts accessible for all ages and abilities.

  • 🧘🏾‍♀️ Stretch & Restore Session — Cool down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself through gentle stretches and mindful breathing.

Whether you’re new to fitness or just starting your journey, this is your chance to move with the city and feel the vibe.

To help you get the most out of your training, please keep these tips in mind:

    1.    Come with an open mind. Be ready to train and open to coaching and correction so you can improve safely and effectively.
    2.    Stay connected. Follow us on social media for motivation, updates, and fitness tips.
    3.    Good vibes only. We’re building a positive, supportive community. Negative energy and bad behavior are not welcome.
    4.    Respect is a must. Respect your coach and fellow members just as you would want to be respected. Everyone deserves a positive training environment.
    5.    Complete your waiver. All clients must sign a waiver before training begins.
    6.    Arrive 5 minutes early. This allows time to stretch and properly prepare for your session.
